Deepak asked me for a review, and now that everything is finally settled and the estate has the funds, I’m happy to write one. At first, I’ll admit, some of his strategies didn’t make a lot of sense to me. There were moments when I wasn’t sure why he was doing things a certain way or what the end goal was.
But here’s what I learned: if Deepak does something that doesn’t make sense in the beginning, don’t worry — it will turn out good. And in our case, it turned out far better than we expected.
He helped us sell my father-in-law’s estate property in Orange County. Our family badly needed the financial outcome, and Deepak delivered more than we hoped for. The whole project felt like trying to load an elephant into a Volkswagen through the back window — but somehow he made it happen. Any confusion we had early on doesn’t matter anymore. The final result — the ‘pudding,’ as I joked with him — was excellent. We are genuinely grateful we trusted him.
